What should I do? I built the room myself and bought recommended equipment but don’t know how it all works together. Not saying it isn’t worth it but I’m afraid it will only look marginally better and not stunning like I would expect. I really wish I could have someone out to the house to calibrate everything for me (and teach me how) but it is super expensive. Anything with dark lighting you almost can’t even see what is going on. 4K content usually looks good with animation but with live action it only looks good with bright scenes. I have a 130” SeymourAV Reference Screen (RF130HD) and HD content looks great.
